Q. How do I purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase:

  1. Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to add other products to the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed to payment.
  3. You will reach a page where you need to log in using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account, please register first.
  4. Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Next”.
  5. Select your shipping method and click “Next”.
  6. Choose your payment method and click “Next”.
  7. Reconfirm your billing details and agree to the terms and conditions.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete your order.

Q. What are the payment methods available?
furniturealjannah@gmail.com offers the following payment methods:

1. Credit Card

  • Via Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal Funds)
  • Via Ipay88 (Visa, Mastercard, Internet Banking) OR
  • Via MOLpay (Visa, Mastercard, Internet Banking)
    (Please choose only one method)

2. Invoice / Cheque / Offline Bank Transfer

  • Bank: Public Bank
  • Bank Account: 3180847032
  • Account Name: AL Jannah Furniture

After making payment, please send the following details to furniturealjannah@gmail.com

  • Bank Name
  • Banking Date
  • Banking Time
  • Banking Reference No
  • Total amount paid
  • Your Order No

Note: Products will not be delivered until payment confirmation is received.


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log in → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address.


Q. I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

  1. Click “Lost Password?” and enter your registration email.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Use the token to set a new password.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order?
Yes, only if the order is still Pending.

  • Send an email to furniturealjannah@gmail.com with the subject “Request to cancel order”.
  • Orders that are shipping or shipped cannot be canceled.

Q. What is the product’s transaction currency?
All transactions are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia).


Q. How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
